General Price for Rent

We rent booths by square footage. It is $4/square foot. Example 10’x10’ booth is $400 per month.

Cases are $138.00/month – they are 6’ tall by 4’ wide and shelves are 18” deep

All sales go through the central register and we take 12% commission. If customer pays with a credit card, the 3% processing fee is passed on to the vendor.

No lease is required, we do ask for a 30 day notice to vacate. Rent is taken out the last day of the month for following month.
